For every client, a contract… 
Every time we take on a new translation project, we offer our client a custom contract which addresses specific needs, such as:
• clear project descriptions
• deadlines
• formatting obligations
• copyright assurances
• liability issues
• modes and time for payment
In this way, we provide an extra layer of legal comfort to our clients, ensuring that we understand your needs and our obligations.
Payment
We accept cash, cheque, and credit cards. Cheques should be made payable to: Interlingual Translation Services Inc.
Depending on the nature of the translation project, clients may be required to pay a portion of the contract price as a down-payment.
All payments must be paid in full within 30 days of the translation deadline, unless otherwise determined in the service contract. Interest charges will apply to all late payments.
